An exact pickup location helps us understand the job. Share an address, nearby business, intersection or highway exit. If you are on a divided road, include the direction of travel. Tell us whether the vehicle is in a parking lot, driveway, garage or roadside location.

Your vehicle’s make, model and condition matter too. Describe what happened in your own words; you do not need to diagnose the problem. Mention a collision, a flat tire, missing keys or any other issue that might affect moving the vehicle. We can discuss whether a tow is the right next step.

Plan the destination before the truck arrives

If you want the vehicle taken to a repair shop, confirm that the shop can receive it and check its after-hours instructions. If you have not chosen a destination, tell us when you call so we can discuss the options before the tow is arranged.
