Can I use my roadside assistance insurance?
If you have eligible State Farm coverage, JD’s can arrange direct billing. With other insurers, you pay by credit card and we help with reimbursement, subject to your policy’s coverage limits. Call us to discuss your coverage before service.
How soon can you get here?
Arrival time depends on your location, traffic, and current calls. Our quickest response is usually in Washington County and West Portland. Call with your location for an estimated arrival time.
What should I have ready when I call?
