Check what you already know about the spare

You do not need to inspect equipment beside moving traffic to answer the call; share the information you already have.

The location matters as much as the tire

Share an address, nearby landmark or highway exit and direction of travel. Tell us whether you are in a parking lot, driveway or roadside location, and describe any limited space or access. A service location needs to be suitable for the work. We will discuss the circumstances rather than assume every flat can be changed exactly where the vehicle sits.

Know your next step after assistance
