Jordan is incredible. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and has a great heart. He explained things so that I understood them and didn’t once make me feel unintelligent during all explanations (I asked a lot of questions!) Where do I begin? I came out from the store and my car was dead as a door nail. It was 9 o’clock at night and Jordan came out to jump my vehicle. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the issue, but he spent at least 40 minutes making sure that I got home safe safely. He did not give up until he found a solution! He explained everything to me, and I was able to take it into the shop for a very inexpensive fix. What an amazing experience, to know there are still people who really care out there! Above and beyond!
